NEWS: Jason Angell, Director of Peekskill's Business Improvement District (BID) speaks to Twilight students.
"Students in our program are unique and diverse. Many need to work long hours to support themselves and their families. Some have arrived from other cities or countries and need additional credits to graduate. Some have different learning styles and strengths and are challenged in a traditional classroom. We strive to hold our students to high academic standards and support them as lifelong learners while teaching them that it is never too late for them to be succeed."
